More about Dr Lancashire
Born and raised in Brisbane, Dr Lancashire completed his undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland. He went on to study Medicine at the University of Queensland where he graduated with Honours.
After his resident medical officer training, he was accepted into the Australasian General Surgery specialist training program. During this time, he won the prestigious Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Neville Davis Research Prize.
After completing his specialist training as a general surgeon, Dr Lancashire undertook a further two years of post-fellowship training in oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery and endocrine surgery.
Dr Lancashire is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), a full member of Breast Surgeons of Australia and New Zealand (BreastSurgANZ), the Australasian Society for Breast Disease (ASBD), the Australian & New Zealand Endocrine Surgeons (AES) and General Surgeons Australia (GSA). He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
Dr Lancashire has a visiting specialist position at the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital and is a visiting breast surgeon with The Wesley Breast Clinic and BreastScreen Queensland. He is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland and Griffith University, and an Honorary Adjunct Assistant Professor at Bond University.

Dr Lancashire operates privately at the Mater Private Hospital in South Brisbane, Greenslopes Private Hospital and The Wesley Hospital. He also has a visiting appointment at The Westside Private Hospital.
